Community panel

Run Tesserae on the PicPak 4.2".

The PicPak 4.2" is a 400×300 · 4.2" 4-colour e-paper photo frame. A community Tesserae client turns it into a panel; write it with the PicPak web flasher, then compose dashboards on your server and push them to the frame. Self-hosted, no accounts, no cloud.

Flash with the PicPak web flasher Opens the PicPak web flasher in a new tab.

A community Tesserae client for the PicPak 4.2" 4-colour e-paper photo frame, built by varanu5 (ESP32-C3). It is written with its own web flasher, not the main Tesserae flasher.

Getting it running

  1. Plug the PicPak into this computer with a data-capable USB cable.
  2. Open the PicPak web flasher and follow its steps to write the client. The frame restarts on its own.
  3. Point it at your Tesserae server, compose a 400×300 dashboard, and push it to the frame.
